Orthopedic Sciences, Inc. (OSI) is a privately held medical device company with a primary focus on joint preservation of the knee, hip, and shoulder. We offer meaningful solutions to healthcare professionals treating patients with chronic joint pain that want to avoid a joint replacement. At OSI, joint preservation comprises understanding chronic joint pain and the similarities between osteoarthritis and AVN. Our products allow surgeons to treat both sides of the articular cartilage during a single procedure, giving many patients a chance to keep the joint they were born with. As an example, we have provided surgeons with the tools to perform hip arthroscopy and core decompression with thorough debridement and bone graft stabilization as a single procedure since 2009.
